Reflection
On this page I have reflected on the honors program. What it has done for me and how it helped throughout my two years at Sainte-Anne.
Reflection on the Honors Program
Overall, I think that being in the Honors Program has helped me grow as a student and as a person. In fact, being apart of the Honors program has pushed me to consistently do my best and put my best foot forward. Furthermore, the Honours program also pushed me to get involved in the school and to do other things than simply study. It has allowed me to participate in different events across the province where I was able to meet different people to whom I would never have even met otherwise. For example, the Forum Étudiant taught me how to collaborate and work with strangers. The Forum has also forced me to step out of my comfort zone by having to speak to large groups and having to be at my best since other people relied on me. As a student, the Honors program also helped me learn how to handle having multiple responsibilities and tasks at the same time while also not having to neglect anything. I was able to stay ay my best even though I had multiple engagements and things to do. Moreover, the Honors program has also led me to meeting some of my friends that I might not be as closed to if it were not for this. For example, the outside school activities, like the Jeux des Sciences Humaines and the Forum Étudiant, brought me a lot closer to the other students that also took part in those activities. It is during those activities that we were able to create memories that I will not forget soon.
